A most noble dressage youngster.
Rob Roy combines an ultra-modern look with dynamic movements par excellence. He was in the premium lot at the Hanoverian licensing and his first tests under saddle were just like we expected – extremely satisfactory.
His sire, Rubin-Royal, was a main premium winner at the Oldenburg licensing. After having won a good number of tests for young dressage horses, he placed in S-level dressage tests under Dieter Weichert, including the Nürnberg Burg Pokal final. Hendrik Lochthowe is now preparing him for his first Grand Prix tests. More than 15 of his sons have been licensed, including the Reserve Champion and State Champion, Rubin Cortes.
The dam, St.Pr.St. Glory Dream, demonstrated the quality of her gaits, her outstanding rideability and talent for free-jumping at her performance test and then went on to place in tests for young riding horses. The dam's sire, Glorieux, was the 1988 Bundeschampion of riding horses before he competed up to M/A-level dressage. The granddam, St.Pr.St. Sally, was the dam of a S-level dressage winner called Picado (by Pablo).
