Royal Diamond has long since proved that he is just as good as his full brother Rohdiamant who also stands at Gestüt Vorwerk.
Royal Diamond received the I-f premium in Oldenburg in 1996, won his stallion performance test in 1997 in Neustadt/Dosse (dressage index 150.93/1st place) and received the I-b main premium in 1998. In 1999 he took silver at the Bundeschampionat in the class for 5-year olds and gold followed in 2000 in the class for 6-year old dressage horses as well as the title VTV-Dressage Horse of the Year". At the age of seven he entered the small circuit under Lisa M. Wilcox/USA, placed twice in the Burg Pokal final and won the "Promising Stallion" award in Zwolle/NED. Starting in 2003 he won his first ribbons in Grand Prix level dressage. In 2007 he and Tanja Lammers won the Weser-Ems State Championships.
Six of Royal Diamond's sons have been licensed, including the stallion performance test winner Royaldik who has meanwhile placed in medium level tests for show jumpers and the medium (M) level dressage winners, Royal Dream and Royal Floggensee. Among his twelve premium daughters, Royal Gala/Laura Pytkowjat is successful in dressage sport for young riders and Rubina became the Austrian Bundeschampion as well as Champion Mare.

Especially successful sport horses currently active are the Grand Prix ribbon winning Rhythm and Dance, the advanced (S**) level placed Royal Highness and the successful advanced (S) level dressage horses Rich Charly II and Royal Gala. Royal Affair won the final of the Sunshine Tour/ESP. Revolution won the 2004 National Championships for six year old dressage horses in the Kentucky Horse Park/USA. Rustin Man became the 2005 State Champion of five year old dressage horses in Rastede. With Royal Discovery, Reader's Digest and Royal Happyness, many top priced auction horses in Vechta were sired by Royal Diamond. In 2006, the Vice State Champion Royal Deniro was knocked down at the 65th Fall Elite Auction in Vechta for 320,000 € and Royal Concert for 172,000 €. sport horses. |
